The location of this hotel is unbeatable! Close to the ski slopes of Eben and a quick drive to Flachau ski area. Not only that, but the hotel is in the village, so it's so close to all the facilities. the apartments are exceptionally clean, with fully equipped kitchens and plenty of storage for clothing. the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a playground, ping pong, and pony/horse riding available for free.

The road leading up to the hotel can be difficult to navigate in heavy snow.

the location of the apartments was excellent, close to essential stores and relevant facilities, which made logistics a lot easier. the availability of laundry facilities was also a plus, allowing us to freshen up our clothes after long days.

The lack of basic amenities in the bathroom, such as soap, was disappointing. we found the noise levels in the apartments to be a bit higher than expected, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel is a hidden gem near the highway, located on the edge of a beautiful forest. It's a quick and easy drive to the Flachau ski area, making it the perfect spot for winter sports enthusiasts. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen and a delicious breakfast. The attention to detail and friendly staff make this hotel a great value for money.

No aspect to be improved, everything was alright.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my Easter stay very pleasant. The apartment was also well equipped, allowing me to easily cook meals for myself and my family. Additionally, the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying outdoor activities such as skiing or hiking.

While the apartment had many positives, there were a few downsides. The bedrooms were a bit cramped and could have been more spacious. Additionally, finding the apartment was a bit of a challenge and the roads leading to it were sometimes difficult to navigate. however, my stay was enjoyable and the positive aspects outweighed the negative.

The staff were amazing, always friendly and ready to help. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a fully functional kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The location was perfect, with easy access to multiple ski areas and plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped apartment with beautiful views from the lovely balcony. It was perfectly clean and had an efficient drying device. We also appreciated the ample parking and quick response to our requests. The location was great as it was close to many ski areas and just a short drive to Flachau ski area.
